Jiah Khan was born on 20th February 1988 in New York, United States of America and grew up in Chelsea, London.Jiah did her A levels in Film Studies and Literature in London.Besides acting, she’s a dancer and has trained in Salsa, Samba, Kathak and Lambada.Jiah Khan’s recognised in india with her debut movie Ram Gopal Verma’s "Nishabd" (2007) with none other than Amitabh Bacchan.She played a eighteen year old girl falling in love with her friend’s father. Though the movie received mixed reviews, her performance was considered more than satisfactor.Her next role was as Sunita, a medical student, in "Ghajini" with Aamir Khan and Asin that became a huge hit and also the highest grosser the film industry has seen so far.
